Discover the French’s favorite goat log !
The ripened goat cheese log is made using pasteurised
goat’s milk. Its fine texture melts in mouth but stays firm and offers you a full and typical goat’s cheese flavour.
It is ripened for a minimum of 9 days before being individually packed.

Uses: Cold on a cheeseboard, in a salad or Hot on a toast

Red or white wine ?

Usually, red wine comes along with the cheeseboard but it doesn’t always make the perfect match. White wines are better with most of the cheeses, such as goat and blue cheeses.
